nope, same laws. i have a tsa box and have traveled with a gun many times. sunday i found some Glaser Powerball in .380, so it kinda made up my mind for me. i carry a G19 daily so the 42 makes sense. now that i have some quality, proven defense ammo (even if its .380) i'll feel better and about the 42.
