I use the PEPR on one of my rimfire ARs.
I bought it used several years ago for $25 and it had those railed ring caps.
I called Burris and told them if I showed up at the club with those tacticalized rail thingies the boys would cancel my membership. The CS gal laughed and sent me regular caps for free. Burris has a good CS dept from my experience.
