My 3" Model 547 in 9mm has proven to be quite comfortable for EDC. The extra weight does not seem to be a bother with a good holster. I carry it as my primary weapon AISW and the extra weight of the all steel K frame is comforting. Bestdes the Kydex shown below I also carry it in a Remora AISW for better concealment and comfort as it can be moved around to suit the situation.



The 547 points so naturally and is so well balanced that it comes up to sight alignment much quicker than my J frames.
