Hey Tom, that's a nice gun. The Ohio with wings I believe is an early Ohio State Patrol emblem. There are model 10 commeratives in the 70's with the symbol they have on the patrol car doors now. Wonder if the person or family member it went to retired in Arizona. I really need to hang with you, you find some great guns. I'll try to call you later today after the funeral.
