The CS45 is the only 3rd gen 45 that I do not have a lot of experience with. I only aquired an example late last year. I am still working with it. At this point, while it has the reliability exhibited by all my 3rd gen guns, and is more accurate than many of them, the Hogue grips are problematic, for me. They make the pistol rise up out of the IWB holsters I am using. Not good. But a solution is in the works. More on that down the road in another thread.
I agree with 18DAI on the Hogue grips. My solution was a set of not inexpensive wood grips.. Gun is accurate and easy to shoot, and I found several carry solutions that work for me.
