One last thing to consider is that a trip from south Florida to north Florida is pretty boring. Any of the major highways mostly go through farmland. While this may be exciting to a farmer. Not so much for anyone else. Seen an orange before? Seen a cow before? Seen a horse before? How about pastureland? Get the picture?
