I get the same hang up your talking about on the way in and out with 45acp more than the other calibers. I believe it is the projectile and case both are just a tiny bit too big in circumference. I notice seems to happen more-- the more time the brass has been shot. Once fired doesn't seem to hang up at all then each time fired it gets a little worse. Just the case being ever so slightly bulged out from the pressure of propellant. The die is just giving you further crimp on lower part of projectile. A non issue for me cause it all seems accurate and fires well time after time till a split is created on case mouth then into garbage.
