I've seen several people mention that they've submitted the same rebate more than once...myself included.
Milano created a lot of extra work for themselves when they setup such a ****** website with problems such as allowing you to "Submit" without the documentation attached (it shouldn't allow you to proceed until you have uploaded the documentation) and not providing a confirmatory email that it was received.
Just seems real second-rate for a company with the resources of S&W.
