It saddens me to see so many folks who want to ruin a perfectly good, and historic S&W revolver. Instead of thinking of an HD as "just a 38 Special" you need to load up some real 38/44 rounds, driving a 158g projectile at a little over 1100 fps for this 4". You will find shooting that ammo changes the character of these fine old service revolvers and you may learn to appreciate it for what it is.
