Get a BMT moon clip tool for loading and unloading the clips. More expensive than than others, but after you use it, you'll forget what you spent. Fast, and easy on the fingers, and clips will last a long time. I use clips from Revolver Supply. The work with all five of my 45acp guns and all of the various brands of ammo I use. Remember, you can use the ammo without the clips. You just have to poke out the empties with a pencil. Once you use a revolver that uses moon clips, you'll wonder why they aren't used with all revolvers. Enjoy that 25.
