I have a 4 foot reloading bench that is also shared with a vice and table-top drill press. Next to it are 30 inches of base cabinets and wall cabinets to hold components.

I didn't horde or stockpile components, so it was like that for nearly 30 years until I started getting ready to retire. Since my income will go down in retirement, I decided to go ahead and acquire the components I would need for the rest of my life. This required me to add a 60x18 inch five shelf storage unit which will be pretty much full when I close the door on my career in about seven months.
