I guess the finish could be special order silver-plate, but more likely a nickel plate finish. The stocks might be ivory, but maybe an imitation ivory or mother-of-pearl. The numbers you gave are the serial number found on the butt of the gun, not a model number.
Provide a couple of photos and it will make it much easier to ID your grandfather's revolver.
