Well, that's another problem we can work on. You should always be open to getting another J Frame
I don't do speedloaders, but I do have one of the leather "pouches" that snaps around the belt to enclose the speedloader and 3 rounds go behind the belt, 3 in front. I like that set up, it's quick to use. But I have the opposite problem as you. I'm a smaller guy and bulges quite a bit on my belt. I stick to strips.
