If one were in my neck of the woods, north Texas, I would buy it at the 460 OTD price. But the reality is when they show up on line you have to scurry around to find one and beat everyone else to it. In your case you get to leisurely look at it, handle it and basically get an overall feel for it as to whether it will work for you or not. Those that buy online are subject to the whims of the internet sellers in terms of what condition it gets to you in and whether it is something that fits you......go buy it, but offer him a counter offer to his counter offer. That is part of the fun of buying locally you can dicker and see if you come out on top......he has to make some money......he ain't gettin rich off of that sale that is for sure.
