You should
seriously consider ditching IE. It is no longer supported by MS, and therefore more prone for advertisers to make use of known loop holes. And once they have invaded your computer, you will need to sweep it for spyware, viruses, and the latest fad - programs that hijack links and send you to a totally different site, often one that is infected.
