The funny thing is that you look back at it now, 40+ years later, and you can see so very clearly all that you
should have bought back then when you had the chance.
Some of my "old collection" guns (
pre-divorce and 25-yr big sleep) have gone up in value like a rocket while some have just kept up with inflation and not a whole lot more.
Two 70's clunkers have gone down in value relative to inflation but I never had any expectations that they were headed for value appreciation glory.
If only I had bought a whole bunch of Colt Pythons!
Oh well... too late now.
