I doubt that it's Hebrew.Perhaps marks applied by an armorer.
In any case,even though this gun has mixed parts,I don't think that it would still look this good if used by the IDF. I'm also under the impression that the IDF used FNs, not FNs made for Browning.This gun has a Browning frame.
