You do have to admit, that this "issue" only appeared after a certain specific set of parameters were met. Obviously there are problems in the testing protocol being used by the military and firearm manufacturers. After all the tests were conducted on the Sig 320 for the military, it probably was shocking that an "issue" was raised. No doubt, highly paid corporate attorneys got a lot of input, as well. On the other hand, if Sig did know about this specific "issue" a long time ago, then they definitely should be taken to task for hiding the fact.
