It's a .32 Double Action 4th model, from the mid-late 1880 decade. An exact ship date and destination can be found with a letter of authenticity:

The pearl stocks are probably aftermarket and current factory .32 S & W (not Long) ammo should be safe to use in it. Hope this is helpful.
