et al is going to hurt if you are looking to buy it for its relative rarity and potential for appreciation in value over time. But that said, $525 is not a whole lot of money for a somewhat rare pre-rail TSW 3rd Gen in "great" shape.
$450-$500 with a little wise, judicious haggling sounds even better.
I'd probably try to buy it... provided, of course, that I wasn't risking homelessness, bankruptcy and/or divorce to pull it off.
