I have been using .38spl brass in .357 chambers for competition (short cartridges speed load easier) and all you need is a Brownells "Tornado" brush to simply and easily clean the chamber.
There is no difference to accuracy, durability, or cleaning time between using .38 and .357 cases. I've tried it all, and compared it to my Model 14 bullseye gun for accuracy.
