I don't know where you live but I live in Texas and we have an internet net site called Texas Gun Traders where individuals can list guns for sale or trade at no charge. It is not an auction site. You check gun information and check sellers contact information and deal with them. There is thousands of guns always listed. I have bought and sold several guns here. I usually meet at shooting range. Never had problem. This way you get to see gun before you buy it. Usually sellers have pictures and prices or will supply it before you meet and you can always negative. Check around your area if there is anything like this
