I haven't seen one of the new Colt Cobras yet, but I've got to believe it will be similar in design to the SF-VI/DSII that was discontinued 20 years ago.
My SF-VI has been 100% reliable has a great trigger pull and weighs 20 oz:
Of course there are still plenty of original Det Specials/Cobras/Agents still out there as an option too if you are looking for a 6 shot gun.
I'm happy the Kimber is out there are an alternative, competition is a good thing. I'm sure it is a fine weapon, but why did they have to make it look like a Ruger and a Pontiac Aztec had a baby?
