Only that you probably won't even need the spacer... where I've used the target grips on a round butt the rest of the frame outline and the frame pin locate the frame in the grip well enough to hold it in place. I used them on a couple of pre-War I-frames which are shorter, and they still worked fine. If I were REALLY dissatisfied with the fit, I'd be tempted to glass bed them.
