I've previously rented a 617 and thought it was just a lot of weight/bulk to shoot a 22. I purchased a 3" 63 and think it's a lot of fun in a small package still holding 8 rounds. Trigger pull is pretty heavy though, but if you're used to revolvers shouldn't be an issue. I like some of the other suggestions on the k22 as they seem a little more elegant but I think they only have a 6 shot capacity (?) which could be a drawback.
