Ahrends have always been a perfect grip match for my hand. I couldn't make it to the range today, so am very interested to try it with with various special and magnum loads. I really like the size, I once had a 27 and didn't like the size, but this 69 really seems to work for me. I have a 22-4 that I really like, but .45 acp is a little different than the N frame 27/29. This 69 is quickly becoming one of my favorites; the five round vs six doesn't mean so much to me, after all, I have Seven j- frames.
