My first purchase of a "high" capacity handgun was a S&W model 459,way back in the 80s. It was very inaccurate and unreliable right out of the box.Ammo choice made no difference. I sent it back to S&W 3 times and then sold it,after S&W told me 4" groups at 10 yards was "acceptable" accuracy. I swore off self loading pistols until a law enforcement friend started to shoot at the range with me. His Glock 19 was accurate and dependable. He never even cleaned it. I ended up buying one and became a loyal owner.I now own 6 or 7 of them at last count. They may not be "handsome" but in their own rights..they are as good looking as an Abrams tank and just as deadly. I will always be a fan of them as they have proved themselves worthy of my respect. From my cold dead hands.
