That revolver did not leave the factory with those two grip panels attached to it.

When the factory was making grips they were picky, not perfect but picky

These grips were recovered from the Smith and Wesson dumpster by an employee. They were tossed by the factory who judged them to be unacceptable . . . I kind of like them and am glad they were rescued
