The 1st thing I'd try is a Volquartsen Exact Edge extractor.
Next would be to buy 1 brand new magazine.
I had a Model 41 in the late 60s to early seventies that I wanted to shoot in 2700 matches but was always trouble with extraction and ejection.
I was given a jig for peening the magazine lips from a top gunsmith from the S&W factory. With the follower and spring removed it would fit snug inside the magazine and a brass hammer would be used to shape the lips of the magazine. This helped a lot but still had to many alibi relays.
I sold it off and used a High Standard Citation 107 without issues.
