I'd be concerned enough to take up the complaint directly to S&W Company. That S&W logo is supposed to represent quality.
Can I ask how much you paid for a new S&W Model 41/46 magazine ?
I agree on the 1911 mags. If it doesn't have the McCormick shooting star on the follower, I won't use it. I suppose there are people counterfeiting the McCormick mags, too, but I just haven't encountered one yet.
