It sort of looks like a model 41 that was maybe inside a safe when the house caught on fire.
Guns , even if stored in a safe , will show a blackened appearance from the sooty smoke . This sooty black residue coats everything inside the safe. If the wood grips aren't charred there may not be any heat damage...but a gun that has been exposed to fire/heat may have had the heat treating compromised.
Examine the bore and wood before buying.
I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole .
