Funny how the right to bear arms can start at 18, free speech, religious freedom, freedom from search and seizure, cruel and unusual punishment, due process, life and liberty, equal protection, no court says THOSE start at 18.
(PS, I TOTALLY support laws that say a parent has strict liability for the actions of their minor children. Rights beget responsibilities.)
