Growing up in the 50's, my Daddy always told me the real law enforcement agency was the home. All the others were back-up. Took me awhile to understand, but now know Daddy was pretty smart after-all. Never so much a traffic ticket my entire life. Daddy taught me and my brothers and sisters right.
