While not yelling, "I have a gun". I think I'd let whoever know in a calm voice (hopefully) "I am a licensed concealed carrier, my weapon is ..., my license is ..., both rotator cuffs are bad, please use 2 sets of handcuffs. & DON'T TAZE ME BRO.
