Retired law enforcement officer from NC. I am looking for a model 686 smith that was issued as a commemorative to the NC Law Enforcement officers association in or around 1987. If my memory serves me correctly, it was a limited edition and came in a presentation box. Model 686 in 4 in. I believe.It has been several years since Ive seen one.
