CALL S&W CUSTOMER SERVICE @ 1-800-331-0852 TO REQUEST A SHIPPING LABEL. HAVE THE SERIAL NUMBER OF YOU GUN READY....

BE AWARE THAT IF YOU HAVE REMOVED OR ALTERED YOUR IL, YOU HAVE VOIDED YOUR WARRANTY. REINSTALL IT, BEFORE RETURNING YOUR GUN.....

IF YOU DO NOT, S&W WILL INSTALL A NEW IL, AND CHARGE YOU FOR THE PART AND LABOR. (THEY WILL NOT RETURN A WEAPON, WITHOUT A FULLY FUNCTIONING IL, IF IT WAS SO EQUIPPED, WHEN NEW) THEY WILL THEN COMPLETE ANY REQUIRED REPAIRS, CHARGING YOU FULLY, FOR PARTS AND LABOR, AND CHARGE YOU FOR TRANSPORTATION, BOTH WAYS.....

HOW DO I KNOW ? ? ? I LEARNED THE HARD WAY, WHEN I RETURNED MY M617 FOR WARRANTY WORK. ITS THE ONLY REVOLVER THAT I OWN THAT HAD THE IL. I REPLACED IT WITH "THE PLUG" OFFERED BY ONE OF OUR FORUM MEMBERS......
