Thanks for the replies. I lost track of this thread until it was brought back.
By events, I'm referring to national and local events that are becoming more prevelant and violent lately.
Also, on out of town trips for a few days I've been tossing a carbine or shotgun in the trunk.
I didn't used to do that. I was ok with a handgun and extra ammo.
Maybe it's not necessary but I feel better when I listen to that inner voice.
So, this isn't about clothes or rotations, but more towards extra firepower.
