The ad says it fits a picatinny or Weaver rail and the S&W website says that the .380 EZ has a picatinny rail, so, allegedly, it sounds like it would fit. But, honestly, I would be extremely skeptical of the reliability and durability of a $43 laser. Also, it does not appear to be instant-on when you grip the gun, so what good is it in the first place?
