Bought my M&P 9L in Oct 2016 online about 4 months after its manufacture and it had a thin coat of oil on the outside but nothing on the rails or interior. The trigger actually squeaked. After a few minutes of working a little oil into the H bar mechanism and a little polishing of a few surfaces I was a very satisfied customer. Don't need an aftermarket trigger.
