I foolishly sold a nice 38/44 Transitional Heavy Duty a few years back, and never thought much of it.
Just recently I have been wanting one again and was regretting ever selling the one I had.
So I prayed for one.
Today, just sitting at my table at a gun show a young man walks up and notices I have a few old Smiths for sale and says he has one also.
I had to coax him to get the old Smith out of his back pack because he didn't think anyone would actually be interested in buying it.
Tah-Dah!!!!!!! He hands me an early (1946) "Transitional" Heavy Duty in really nice shape and says he wants - - - for it.
I can't say how much because it was REALLY cheap - and wouldn't want anyone to be guilty of the sin of envy.
A few dollars and several moths flew out of my wallet so fast that the friction almost set my wallet on fire!
Just one more evidence that there is a God that loves us.
