Is that a Ross holster, from South Africa? How'd you come by that?
I agree that the CZ-75B does have a terrific grip.
I also like the Colt .45 auto, the S&W M-66 with Pachmayr Presentation grips, my GP-100 with Pachmayr Grippers, and the S&W J-frames with Tyler adapter or the Pachmayr Presentation Compac grip, the older, two panel style.
The S&W M-39 feels very good in my hand, but the only one I've shot gave very poor accuracy.
If the Beretta M-9 is too fat for your hand, try their M-92FS. That almost invisible indentation on the backstrap works wonders!
I've read that Wm. Shatner, who played Admiral Kirk in the Star Wars films, held a Colt .45 auto and liked the feel so well that he had the next generation of movie phasers incorporate a very similar grip. I don't think he's a "gun guy" at all, but even he picked up on the feel of the old Colt auto.
