John D. Pedersen hit it out of the ball park with this one as far as ergonomics is concerned. He did wooden mockups of many different grips and passed them around to hundreds of people to pick the one that most found fit them. He done good. It points so well that policemen back in the day called it "the steel finger." This one fits me perfectly. The Smith Model 39 does come close, though.
