I should have added some additional detail to this thread that I posted in another. I took my new 15-22 to the range with two boxes of Federal bulk ammo (one a few years old I had forgotten I still had and one fresh box). I had major FTE issues. Really disappointing. I took the gun apart and cleaned/lubed it and installed the Volquartsen. Took it back to the range. Zero issues. Was it the cleaning/lubing that fixed the issue or the new extractor? I don't know, but the problems are now history.
