I remember when I first tried mine I had similar results as you. I was shooting factory 357 back then and it was a handful. I changed to rubber grips and started shooting lighter loads and kept practicing with it. eventually I found that it is actually quite an accurate gun for it’s barrel length. Nothing beats practice.
