RCBS has great service. I have to get in touch with them myself for some small parts. Those washers are called wave washers. I happened to have some when I got an OLD Jr press.. Put 'em on and all was OK too. Gave the press to a friend to get started reloading..May have been a mistake..he has SO many questions now!! I have a friend who sells much reloading stuff on ebay and he gets lots of Lee products(older Lee Loaders) he needs parts for and he says they have really good service.
