I had my model 58 for many years never thinking about the original grips . When I realized how much they sold for (thanks to this site) , I removed them, put them away and replaced them with Cocobolo Retro Combat Ahrends for everyday shooting. Heck , I didn't pay as much for the model 58 with the grips on it than the grips alone go for...why so much for grips ?
I must say I have really been enjoying the unofficial 58 club thread...so very interesting.
I wish we had a 58 Club Tee Shirt...or do we have one and I just don't know about it ?
