I recently installed the new Galloway trigger in my Bodyguard. It didn't change the heavy pull, but it did reduce the long travel a bit. I can more easily feel when it's going to drop the hammer. I've had zero problems so far shooting 100 rounds with 2 brands of ammo. Now it has finally warmed up here so I'll be shooting more. If I was going to use it strictly for self defense, I would have left it alone. But I enjoy making holes in paper plates with all my guns.
