Wally Wolfram's "dog ear" holsters. I have a biography of Wally here
on the forum titled WALLY WOLFRAM'S SAGA. If interested, just go up
to the SEARCH function and plug it in.
Here is my little Wolfram collection. Numbered 62 through 66 for
identification.
On the left a very early Wolfram when he was a police officer in
Albuquerque, NM. He called his brand WOLF at that time.
2nd from left is one of his BLAZER brand. Made after he had moved
to Monrovia, California. His understudy, John Bianchi, says nice things
about Wally in his BLUE STEEL AND GUNLEATHER.
3rd from left is one that he made for Colt. He made a lot of holsters
for resale by vendors, such as Colt, Cake, Pitt, etc.
4th from left is one he made for S&W. Wally sold his business to S&W
and helped them get started in the holster business.
5th from left is another one made for S&W, but this one is for a 4".
