Just a thought here, how tightly are you gripping the gun? I ran into this with my Ruger Redhawk in .44 Mag, it was shooting high with the rear sight all down. Turned out I was gripping it like my SA Blackhawks, a slightly loose grip to allow the gun rising up and slipping a bit in my hand to reduce felt recoil. However this did not give the same results in the DA Redhawk, A tighter grip fixed the shooting high thing.
