For pocket carry, a CS series, particularly a CS9 would be good. the 39xx compacts are good for concealed carry IWB or even OWB.

I've carried some of my 39xx compacts in Texas during the summer and they aren't bad to carry.

If you want a good compact .45, then the 457 is likely your best bet.
